2 rooms for rent in Skye Canyon!

have two bedrooms for rent in my four bedroom home in sky Canyon, it's in a gated community, across the street from a park
I did not post current pictures of my home furnace just for privacy reasons, but the bedroom does not come furnished, but can be if needed. He will have your own private bathroom, which is a nice decent size.
I'm requesting females only, l am a single mom with a year-old and two dogs. Definitely looking for somebody responsible and willing to do a background and credit check, I don't mind smoking as long as it is done outside. I'm willing to pay the utility bills, but l am requesting first and last month as deposit.
