Hi everyone! My name is Reaz, and I'm looking for a room to rent starting at the end of August ( Manhattan / Brooklyn ), with an ideal move-in date of September 1st (I'm flexible by a few days). A little about me: 45-year-old gay male
Budget: around $1,500/month
I currently work in the service industry while pursuing my long-term career goals.
Clean, respectful, financially responsible, and easygoing I'm hoping to find roommates who enjoy having their own space but also appreciate building a friendly home. It would be great to occasionally cook dinner together, share a glass of wine, catch up after work, or head out to a neighborhood bar every now and then. I'm also a very active person and enjoy staying healthy. I love taking classes like yoga, ballet, and Pilates, and I'm always open to trying new activities around the city. I'd especially enjoy living with people who have an active lifestyle as well. One important note: I can't live with cats because I'm allergic, so I'm looking for a cat-free home. I value open communication, respect personal boundaries, and believe home should be a comfortable, welcoming place where everyone feels at ease.
