Hi, I’m a young professional relocating to the Brickell/Miami area and looking for a roommate who enjoys a balanced lifestyle. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and appreciate open communication. During the week I’m usually working, at the gym, or staying active. On weekends I enjoy checking out restaurants, bars, sporting events, and exploring the city, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. I’m into cars, fitness, travel, and trying new food. I enjoy being social while also respecting personal space and quiet time. Ideally looking for someone who’s responsible, easygoing, cleans up after themselves, and is down to occasionally grab a drink or hang out without feeling like we have to entertain each other 24/7. Budget is around $3,000/month, and I’m hoping to find a great place in Brickell or nearby.
