Searching for a studio or room

Description

ISO for a studio or room for myself and Luna (ESA, 5yrs old). Preferred move-in for August or September. I’d like to go back home to the east coast and set my roots there again. I WFH but it’s a fairly quiet job, so noise won’t be an issue for both parties. I like to hash things out before they become a bigger issue down the line. So I’d prefer a someone who isn’t afraid to chat and establish healthy boundaries:) 420 friendly. Luna is sweet, a bit dog-like, and chatty when she’s comfortable with you.
