37y0 Blk prof. seeking room to rent

37y0 Black professional seeking room to rent for temporary or potential long term situation. Relocating to Los Angeles for work and seeking a room to rent until I'm able to find my own place or again, potential extend roommate situation. I'm very laid back, like to work and come home. When not working or home, I travel a lot. My job is hybrid so I spend about 60% of time home and 40% of time traveling for work. I'm a Program Manager for the American Red Cross. I do have a small dog, Boston Terrier. Super friendly, full of energy and house trained. No problem keeping him in my room and he does not bark at all. I do smoke 420 but no problem keeping this outside of the home.
