37y0 Blk prof. seeking room to rent

37y0 Black professional seeking room to rent for temporary or potential long term situation. Relocating to Los Angeles for work and seeking a room to rent until I'm able to find my own place or potential extended roommate situation. I'm very laid back, like to work and stay to myself. When not working, I travel a lot. My job is hybrid so I spend about 70% of time home and 30% of time traveling for work. I'm a Program Manager for the American Red Cross. I do have a small dog, Boston Terrier. Super friendly, full of energy and house trained. No problem keeping him in my room and he does not bark at all. I do smoke 420 but no problem keeping this outside of the home.
