2-3 month studio (furnished)

Description

Hello everyone, I’m looking for a furnished studio, 1-bed, basement suite, or room in Burnaby / East Vancouver (preferred), also open to Kitsilano or West Vancouver if suitable, for 2–3 months initially with possible extension. Budget: CAD $1,800–$2,200/month depending on the place. Move-in: 1 July I’ve just arrived in Vancouver from the UK and am currently settling in and exploring work opportunities. I’m available to view immediately. I’m in my 30s, previously worked at a university in student support. I’m quiet, tidy, and considerate, and can provide references. I can also pay rent upfront if required. No pets and non-smoker. Open to private accommodation, or a quiet household shared with 1–2 working professionals. Happy to move quickly for the right place.
