Looking for a roomie or full place

Welcome to Warwick, I am currently renting this unit and looking for someone to take over my lease due to me having to relocate to a new state. All utilities are included except for WiFi and Electricity. This unit can come completely furnished with Sectional Sofa and Entertainment Center for a tv, 2 Dressers and 1 Queen Size Mattress and bed frame, and Portable and Window A/C Units for an additional deposit. You would also get a parking spot and off the street. Looking leave within 30 days of this posting. Unfurnished is an option as well. Let me know if you have any questions!!
