Room available in a second-floor shared apartment in Holyoke. The apartment is shared with two other adults. We are looking for a serious, responsible working person who is clean, respectful, does not smoke, and understands that everyone’s rights end where another person’s rights begin. No overnight guests, no smoking, and music must be listened to with headphones. Each room has its own refrigerator inside the room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rent includes parking, air conditioning, heat, electricity, and internet. The apartment is very well located in Holyoke, close to the bus stop, supermarkets, and other conveniences.
