Downtown Sublease

Hi! Looking to sublease my room in a 2 bed/2.5 bathroom apartment at The Maywood. I am moving into a house with my partner and would like for someone to move in sometime in summer months. I do have a fabulous roommate (28/F) who will remain living there until lease is up in January. She works as a legal assistant and is very friendly/easy to get along with! The apartment is mostly furnished with the essentials. My bedroom is furnished with bed/dresser/bedside table/desk. I am open to leaving furniture, if desired, or moving it out. You will have access to your own covered garage parking space, pool, and 2 gyms. Rent is about $1000/mo per person, in addition to splitting electric and WiFi… usually comes out to an extra $75/mo per person.
