Creative, clean, looking for room

Hi! I’m an outgoing and creative person looking for a welcoming, respectful place to call home for a while. I enjoy gaming, art, music, and occasional reading. I can be a little quiet at first, but once I warm up to people I’m very social and easy to get along with. This would be my first time moving out on my own, and I’m currently focused on building independence and finding stable work. I’m actively job searching every day and looking for a calm environment where I can continue improving my situation. I’m very clean, helpful around the house, and always willing to cook, clean, organize, or help out where needed. I value mutual respect, communication, and personal space, and I’m hoping to find preferably female roommates who are kind, understanding, and easy to live with. I also have a medical condition that can occasionally cause me to faint under stress or overheating, but I manage it carefully and it has been improving over time. At the moment I’m looking for someone open to reduced rent while I continue job searching, and I’m more than willing to help around the home in exchange through cleaning, cooking, organizing, errands, pet care, or general house-help. Overall, I’m just looking for a peaceful, supportive environment with people I can get along with and feel comfortable around.
