There is a nice sized backyard and patio with a fire pit. We ask that you clean the kitchen after using it and to wash your dishes. Also to keep your bathroom clean and living space clean after using it. We have brand new kitchen counters, backsplash, and a reverse osmosis filtered water system. Large pantry in the kitchen and of course a clothes washer and dryer available here. We are all about keeping the shared spaces clean. 750$ monthly rent due on move in date. Security deposit of 500$ up front. You will receive the security deposit back IF the room and house are not damaged and left clean, and must give a 30 days notice of your move out date.
