Hi! I’m subletting my fully furnished room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in Dunbar from early June to the end of August or for only the month of June. The house is in a quiet, safe area and it’s about 20 minutes to UBC by bus. You’d be taking over my room while I’m away for most of the summer. Rent is $1225 per month + $75 utilities.
