Room for Rent

My fiance and I are looking for a roommate to share our 3 bed 1.5 bath house with. We have a super friendly dog. And are currently watching 3 cats for a month. The room for rent it conviently located right next to the bathroom on the second floor. On the main floor you have access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. We have a covered front porch for relaxing. Or hang out back at the patio or in the hottub. We also have a inhome gym which has all you need for a full body work out. Don't worry about laundry with in home washer and dryer and we have a dishwasher as well. Off street parking and street parking is available.
