The bathroom is shared with one other person in full; however, another resident only uses the bathtub, as they have their own private bathroom on the first floor (with toilet and sink). Guests are advised to bring their own personal toiletries for added comfort.There are three additional residents in the home, each staying in their own private room. Guests have access to shared areas including the kitchen, dining room, and laundry area. In the kitchen, each room is assigned a designated storage space labeled with the room number (Room 2), both in the pantry and in the refrigerator/freezer for organized food storage.Guests may come and go freely at any time, with the only request being to keep the main entrance door securely closed for safety. The home is designed to maintain a calm environment, so parties and visitors are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors; however, smoking is allowed outside.For everyone’s safety, the property has two security cameras in shared areas: one in the kitchen and dining room, and another on the second floor covering the laundry area. These are the only cameras in the home and are installed strictly for security purposes.Guests are welcome to use the kitchen as long as it is cleaned after each use and may enjoy the dining area for meals.
