Hi, I'm Wendy and I'm a 31-year old nanny/Mesa student looking for a room to rent in San Diego. I prefer to live with women only. My budget is $1200/mo or less and I'm looking to move in in June. I'm a certified night owl; I try to be stealthy, but you might hear me coming home, using the microwave, or taking a shower at unusual times.
