Hi! My name is Marielle, and I’m a 21 year old student at UCSD, who’s graduating this year and hoping to find a new roommate to take over my lease in July! The room is a big private room with a closet and shared bathroom with a double sink and bathtub/shower. It will be unfurnished, other than the bed if you want it (less than a year old from IKEA)! The house is in a quiet family neighborhood, fully furnished, and ready to live in. We have a sunroom, loft/art room, multiple storage closets, a small bar, and 2 living rooms. We all have our own personal dishes and utensils. I’m hoping to find someone like minded, around our age (all early to late twenties), LGBTQ friendly, clean, vintage-item-loving, and communicative. There are 4 of us, all women. It’s important you have a car, as the nearest bus stop is a 20+min walk away. There’s lots of street parking and we share the driveway.
