Hi, I am a female - currently working in two different industries, looking for a studio or room to rent in the Central Hollywood area... (Paramount Pics, H-wood/Vine, Yucca Corridor area, etc.). My budget is $500 a month (possibly a little more, depending on location, etc.) and I hope to move in immediately. This is temporary, for maybe 1-3 months, until I find my own place because I am moving from another city. If you need some temporary financial help for the next couple of months, this might be a good fit for you, and we can chat. No drama, no smoking, no late night parties, as I am moving to work and need peace. Hopefully I'll find my own place soon. I will def guarantee a month of rent, even if I move out sooner, but it could be longer if it is a good fit. I don't need much, just a small room with a closet, a cooking area that is clean, a very clean bathroom, lock on my room door, in a safe neighborhood. I prefer to vet a renter (you), so I will ask you to provide at least 2 references I can contact that are able to tell me you are a responsible adult. I am happy to provide references as well. Also, I have a masters degree in Comm Mgmt, I ran a small business for a few years, and I am a mom, so maybe I can help you with school, biz ideas, thoughts on life... lol Thanks!
