Roommate needed ASAP

12x11 room for rent, female preferred, ages 23-35, prefer no pets (one dog already resides)but flexible to one cat. You'd be sharing a bathroom with me. 860$ flat, the utilities are included. The place is mostly furnished. The complex has a small gym/pool/kids park area. Washer and dryer in unit as well as dishwasher. Leasing office will require a criminal background check and credit check for approval. Room is move in ready. I'm really just looking for a respectful, responsible, clean person who keeps to themselves. Communication and rent on time are the 2 main things we're looking for above all.
