Room for rent

Description

New house built in 2022 in a new community build. The house is 1792 square ft with 3 beds and 2 & 1/2 baths. The house is completely furnished except for the room being rented out. Utilities are split 3 ways. I am the owner of the house and one my roommates/ friends is moving out. We keep the house clean and keeping communal areas clean is a must. We are both lgbt and both work during the day. In spare time we generally watch TV and or play poker.
