Largest unit in back of triplex. I've been there for approx 18mos. Absolutely problems so far. Neighbors are quiet and sane seeming. Washer/dryer in unit. Stainless appliances. The only downsides are a shared bathroom and my work schedule. I run a security company and come and go but unless you were in the living room or kitchen, you wouldn't notice.
