Looking for June 1st takeover

I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting May 18th or by June 1st. Located in Chandler by the 202 and Alma School. The place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. At most, you’d be $850 just because the rent does fluctuate in the summer mostly because of the a/c. The least you’d be is $750. With this room, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. It’s a female only household but at the moment, one does have her boyfriend living here but he’s not noticeable and temporarily here. Everyone is respectful of everyone’s area. Shared kitchen and living space, and overall the place is clean. We do have a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The picture of the room is the exact room you’d be moving in to. I’m moving out of state here within a month or so, and just need someone to take over. The security deposit is $233, and it’d be paid to me cause I’m just getting mine back by whoever takes over. If moving in mid May, it’d be $275 for back rent as well, then whatever rent is on the 1st of June I can answer questions in a private message. Only females, and no pets (like cats and dogs) (fish and stuff that stays in a tank or something should be okay). Looking for ages around 21-40 as that’s the age range right now. We all kind of just keep to ourselves and do our own thing.
