Seeking 2-3 Bedroom House

Looking for a 2–3 bedroom house to rent starting in mid-May, with a budget of up to $3,000 per month.
Our ideal home would include:
A garage or large shed for my husband’s tools (he owns a home repair & maintenance business).
A fenced yard for our sweet 13-year-old dog (chocolate lab/pointer mix).
Parking space for 3 cars.
It would be for me, my husband, and our daughter (currently attending LTCC). We are responsible, long-term tenants with [REDACTED] 20 years. We were in our previous home for 17 years before the owners decided to start using it as their family vacation home. We’ve been in our current rental for a year—unfortunately, the owner is moving back in May. We are looking for a long-term rental and hope to find a home we can stay in for a couple of years. With my husband’s skill set, your home would be well cared for, and he is able to handle any small repairs that arise. If you know of anything that fits, we would greatly appreciate your help!
