Husband and I are priced out. Help.

Seeking new home by April 10th. Apartments studios, ADU, basement, garage, finished Attic, loft. Bathroom, kitchen and in-unit laundry required.

Husband and I, 36 and 37, are priced out of expensive apartment complex and we need to move in the next 7 days to avoid eviction. Please help. Looking at Pierce county for lower rates. Also Tacoma City Light so we can start anew, as PSE priced us out. We do not have a car so parking isn't neccessary. In-unit laundry required.
