Lease Takover

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio lease at Scottsdale Entrada Apartments and wanted to see if anyone here (or someone you know) might be interested. The lease runs through August 16th, and there’s also an option to renew afterward if you end up liking the place. Rent is $1,500 per month, which is about $200 cheaper than starting a brand new lease at the same complex right now. It’s a great spot in a convenient area, and the community is really well kept. I’ve had a good experience living here, just needing to move for personal reasons. I can also include a brand new mattress if that helps make the move easier.
