Looking for a roomate for May. 3B x 3.5Ba: the open room will be on its own floor, fully furnished and with its own bathroom and AC unit. The living room and kitchen are shared areas(also Room Available for May(maybe June) – 3B/3.5Ba Townhome: $1050/month furnished) as well as the patio. There is a parking pass included for the building parking lot, and there is driveway parking as well. Guests can park along the Main Street of the neighborhood for free. We’re about 5-10mins from campus, 10-15mins from downtown. We’ve got access to the bus stop and are walking distance to a shopping center. I WFH so I’ll cover the Internet, but the rest of the utilities are split equally(usually ranging from $60-80 depending) - These are usually due around the middle of the month.
