Looking for a respectful female student or female working professional in their early to late 20’s to join our spacious house starting May 1st. The house is shared with 4 other young women and has a friendly, quiet and easygoing vibe. - $700/month, all utilities and Wi-Fi included
unfurnished room with backyard view and closet (room size is 105 inches by 150 inches, not including the closet size)
- full shared kitchen (includes a dish washer and two fridges)
- washer and dryer for clothing
- Spacious living room
- Spacious basement with shared tv and sitting space (also storage space)
- Has a backyard and frontyard + front porch
- full bathroom upstairs (only shared with three of the other women as one has their own private bathroom)
- half bathroom downstairs (shared by all) (currently no issues sharing the washrooms as we all have fairly different schedules) Location:
- Hogs Back / Prince of Wales area
- Safe neighbourhood
- Corner stores, pharmacies, bank and other amenities within a 5-15 minute walk
- 10-15-min bus ride to Merivale road (lots of places to shop and a library nearby)
- 20-min walk / bus ride to Carleton University
- 30-min bus ride to Algonquin College
- 111/112 bus stop about 5 minute walk away and 88 10-15 min walk away
- 10 minute walk to Rideau River/Ottawa Canal, 15 min walk to Hog’s Back Park, 20-25 min walk to Mooney’s Bay
- Some bike lanes along the roads/sidewalks in the area (also along the canal) Other:

- No cats due to allergies
- Not wheelchair accessible due to front steps and stairs within the house
- No smoking of any kind inside the house Roommates: Three of us are college/university graduates who work part-time to full-time while the fourth roommate is a student.
