Room for Rent in Woburn – Available May 1st My roommate and I are looking for one more person to join our home starting May 1st. We live in a 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, plus an additional half bathroom on the first floor. The full bathroom on the second floor will be shared with one other roommate. The first floor has a large kitchen and an office space. There is also a basement and a spacious garage for extra storage. The house is located in Woburn, near I-95 and I-93, at the end of a quiet street. Free street parking is available. The room is unfurnished. We are looking for someone for a 4-month stay, with a possible lease extension in September. Move-in cost:
• $1,117 for the room (first month)
• $700 security deposit After that, the monthly cost will be around $1,300 including utilities and internet (may vary slightly depending on the season). This is a quiet household. Smoking is not allowed. We are responsible, clean, and respectful people and are looking for someone similar. Credit/background check would be preferred if available. The house also has an in-unit washer and dryer.
