House in a prime beach location

Description

a light, 3 bedroom house with awesome undercover entertainment spaces and split aircon in bedrooms and lounge. I am still furnishing the living room, I have a coffee table etc that will be here in there.
Happy to discuss if there was furniture/appliances you wanted to bring, outside of furnishing your bedroom.
We are having two of the rooms (both same size) as bedrooms and one as a study/hobby room. The bedrooms are a good size, easily fitting a queen bed.
Shared bathroom has both a shower and a bath, toilet is seperate.
The house has ample storage with multiple extra cupboards in the hallway and in the laundry. Less than a 10min walk to the beach and river inlet, so you get the best of both worlds - stiller water for a chill dip or waves for a surf. We are opposite an oval and heaps of options for going for a walk, ride, or run. Cafes and IGA nearby as well and less than a 10min drive to more major shopping options in Kawana. In an amazing spot if you're also going to SCUH, a short drive or you can ride a bike (15mins).
