I’m looking for a male roommate to take over my lease starting April through August (lease ends in August and can continue for the next school year). • Rent: $950/month + utilities ($3800 total split 4 ways) • Location: 5–7 minute walk to the base of campus • Apartment: 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 4 guys total (you’d be replacing me) • Furnished common areas: TV, dishes, study table, and other essentials already set up Great location and fully move-in ready.
