Looking for a room to rent

Description

Hello, currently coming up on the end of my lease and looking for someone a bit more affordable to room then where I've been living the past two years.
I work online as a creator and content creator so preferably looking for a space with people comfortable with that, outside of streaming and occasionally recording I don't make too much noise.
I have two small pets, a dog and cat~ Both well behaved and haven't ever caused me many problems outside of my dog barking out of a window if he can see out of it.
