Private Room Rent in Hillcrest

I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease through the end of May (when the lease ends). The master bedroom with a private bathroom is available for $/month. The apartment is modern, in great condition, about sq ft, and located in a quiet, safe area of Hillcrest.

The living room is furnished with my roommate’s furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s in-unit laundry. Parking would be street parking or outside the garage, in the alley. My roommate has a car and uses the garage. My roommate also has cats and a dog. They’re very loving and friendly.

Total rent for the unit is $/month, but you’d be responsible for $ plus shared utilities (internet and electric). I’m planning to move out by March and can be very flexible on the move-in date. I’d be willing to accommodate it.

The landlord will need to run a background check and add the new tenant to the lease.
