Private Room in S Boulder

Description

I’m a female in my mid-twenties, works full-time, and values a peaceful, (mostly) clean home. I have a private room available for another woman in her twenties. Ideally someone who works or studies full-time and a good communicator.


Home is a place for me to recharge - I love a cozy, low-stress atmosphere and shared care of common areas.

Room easily fits queen size bed, night stand, and dresser. East and north facing windows for plenty of morning sunlight.

A stunning fenced-in backyard with covered patio and porch swing. Covered front porch. Beautiful gardens.

I’m friendly and enjoy shared moments, but overall more introverted. I love anything art and creativity - lately has been dance classes and an itch to learn pottery. I enjoy the outdoors - hiking, long boarding, laying in the park, etc.

I have one cat who is shy and nervous around new people. The sweetest boy once he’s comfortable. Preferably no more pets.
