Furnished Bedroom!

Description

The house is a bath. There is an attached garage where you can park your car inside. The bedroom comes furnished as well, & everything from dishes, cookware, is all provided. The only thing i’m asking for is to split the payment for the electricity & i pay the water bill on my own. I do have 2 dogs, but they’re super sweet & stay in my room most of the time. I spend most of my time either in the room or i’m not even home & working. Looking to find someone asap as previous roommate broke the lease. I don’t allow smoking inside of the home but you are welcome to outside. There is a spacious backyard with 2 grills & furniture. Also to note, i do have a son that stays here some weekends & i do have friends come over sometimes but we stay only in my bedroom.
