Description

This room should be ready the middle or towards the end of January. Its a medium room for rent. furnished or unfurnished. Shared bathroom with my kids weekends a month Decent closet space. A shared full size refrigerator in the kitchen. Tv and shelving. Also have a hot tub in the backyard. Lots of amenities within a few minutes (Walmart, Walgreens, YMCA, Albertsons and so forth). Must be alright with kids. They are here weekends a month. Great kids and very well behaved. years old. Prefer a clean and organized person. Message us for more info.
You'll have your own room and full access to entire house.
We leave out early mornings and arrive back later in the day. You have access to entire house most days and nights. When we are home we are typically out on the patio relaxing and winding down the day. We do not watch much tv and are very quiet people. You will have your solitude if needed.
We also have two cats. So no dogs for the obvious reason.
