Queer Roommate Searching for Home

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room starting in late December or January with a budget of $. I’m open to a furnished or unfurnished space and pretty flexible on neighborhood—anywhere walkable and close to good transit (especially light rail access) is ideal.
I’m , am queer, and work at SEIU . Outside of work, I love cooking, singing with the labor chorus, gardening, biking around the city, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I lived in San Francisco for years and recently moved back to Washington to be closer to my parents.

I’m hoping to find a home where people feel comfortable, respectful, and communicative. I’m tidy, considerate, and someone who enjoys keeping shared spaces clean. I’d love to have a friendly relationship with roommates while still giving everyone their personal space and autonomy. I work hybrid and often set up at coffee shops or the library on my WFH days.
