Hi! Looking for a lovely person to take over a room lease in a gorgeous modern Santa Monica private 3-story house just 5 blocks from the beach.

The House:
* Location incredible- on 5th street in SM, right off of Main Street (Ocean Park side)
* Private gated house
* Private 1-spot Garage (you would get the parking spot)
* In-unit washer/dryer, Central AC
* 3 stories:
* 1st floor living room, massive kitchen with upgrade appliances & wine fridge, dining room, half-bathroom, wrap-around patio/outdoor space
* bedrooms, laundry closet
* 3rd floor- Large loft & rooftop deck/balcony
* House is tucked away so 0 street noise, very calm/peaceful
* Huge windows & high ceilings. Incredible amount of natural light

Your room(s):
* Bedroom on 2nd floor & Loft on 3rd floor(yes, both yours)
* Bedroom has prime natural light/great scenery
* Private en-suite bathroom
* Loft is it’s own floor at the top with direct access to an amazing balcony with great view of mountains

The Lease:
* Jan 1 start (though I can be flexible on moving dates if needs to be earlier)
* Lease runs through June, but roommate is willing to extend if makes sense
* $ per month rent (per person)

Roommate Match:
* Your roommate: working executive female in her ’s
* Incredibly clean, vacuums & wipes counters often
* Not a partier- Loves pilates, loves music, very respectful of your space
* Typically goes into office Monday-Friday & does some work travel
* ***IMPORTANT: has a 6-year-old English Bulldog***
* Dog ADORES people, but doesn’t get along with other dogs/cats so no animals please
* Looking for: Ideally someone in their mid-’s or older, really want a relaxed person that just likes to treat their home as a home
* Open to men & women!
