Single room shared space

Description

Seeking preferably a female roommate to rent out one bedroom in my home.
I do have two children and pets. Prefer someone quiet and to themselves. All utilities included in price. Must be willing to complete a background check at your own expense and pay up front upon moving in.
No drugs in my home, no additional pets unless it is a small caged animal. There are two entrances to the house. No parties. No smoking inside.
