Private room and bathroom for rent!

Description

I own a bath house with a fully fenced in yard in the north Orlando area close to Altamonte Springs! You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom! Rent would be $/month which includes wifi and lawncare! Electric & Water will be split! The room in unfurnished so you may decorate it however you like! The third room is a guest bedroom/ office, another desk can fit in it if you have one! Ideally I am looking for another professional who is in their late s who is clean, also has to wake up early for work, friendly, likes dogs, and is communicative! Unfortunately no cats as I am allergic, minimal to no shedding dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved 😊 Please message me for more information if you’re interested! Also my house is currently decorated for Halloween so just try to imagine it without all the spooky stuff 🤣 A little about me: I have a 6 month old mini golden doodle named Apollo! He is a very good boy, but is still a puppy so he’s learning! He is in puppy and knows a bunch of commands, he is very smart! I am a homebody but I also love hanging with my friends, going to eat good food, paddle boarding, and crafts!! I love to cook and am very clean and tidy!
