Medium room in a quiet complex.

Hi,
I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a male roommate.

The complex is in Maylands. The room is a medium room, in a quiet place with a large window and plenty of natural light and air. Currnetly no furnishings but I can provide a desk with drawers, chair and a foam mattress to start off.
Bills are electricity and internet, share will be approx per month.Shared cleaning duties.
Large shared balcony and living room. Has basic amenities Fridge/Cooker/Oven/washing machine etc. Shared toilet+bath.
There is a car space available for the renter of this room.
Since the room is smaller I will be the larger share of the rent.

The monthly rent for this room is / month or / fortnight and the room is available at short notice. Rent payable fortnightly. Will need 1 month rent and equal bond as well as registering with property agent (agent requirement).
