Conscious Roommate Wanted

Description

We’re three brothers and one other gentlemen who are looking for one more individual to join our shared living space.
We’re tucked away in a little quiet community near the Broadmoor where we’re the youngest occupants in the neighborhood.
Two miles from downtown, quarter mile from a Safeway, and a half mile from i.
We have 3 lil pups that lives with us. Largest is just under lbs. All extremely sweet, lovers and cuddlers. They are a bit vocal when they hear the front door open but settle down extremely quickly. It’s truly more of a “hey who’s there?”
Cleanliness respect and kindness are of the utmost importance in qualities we’re looking for in a roommate.
We’re in our ’s or close to and have fully outgrown any desire for a “partying” or heavy drinking lifestyle so if that’s you respect but please look elsewhere.
Quiet hours are from am.
Parking is around the corner from the house so there is a short walk to the house about ft. Short term parking is available in the driveway and directly across the street however.
We’re all active and busy with our work schedules. Living spaces are shared and we have a rotation to empty dishwasher and clean the kitchen.
You would share a bathroom with one other roommate and the room itself is located upstairs.
There’s 3 levels and two patios so plenty of space to have your own area and hangout space.
We’re all employed so the house is rarely “busy” it’s always easy to find space in the kitchen to cook and or relax/hangout in very large open living spaces(one with vaulted ceilings).
We enjoy outdoor activities, music, connection and also our alone time/space.
