Hi! We are looking for a roommate for our second bedroom and its ensuite bathroom. (It's a b) with a shared kitchen and living room.
We are currently under lease here with a family who is moving out, we plan to renew and are looking for a new roommate.
Price covers rent and utilities (they fluctuate) as well as internet. So we can talk about a flat rate or flat % which ever works better for you!
