Hi! We are two young females ( yrs old) looking for a new (preferably female) roommate in our two-story condo located in North Redondo Beach! We have a room with a walk-in closet available for rent starting April .

🏠THE HOUSE:
The house features modern appliances: electric stove, dishwasher, in-house washer and dryer, and heating. No AC but personal units can be installed as there are windows in each room. You would have a shared bathroom but with your own personal sink and storage space. We are using the two parking spots in our garage, but we have very easy street parking. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, ample pantry space, spacious living room, dining room, laundry room, and outdoor courtyard with seating and lighting. (all spaced pictured below).
📍LOCATION:
The area is centrally located near cross streets th & Anza, Artesia & PCH and Prospect & Anita. Very close to the Redondo Beach Dog park, Vons, Trader Joes, and 5 minutes from both the Redondo and Hermosa Beach Pier. Minutes from LAX Int. Airport as well.

⭐️ ENVIRONMENT:
We are two young single women who like to keep a clean, cute home. I work at an office pm and Arianna works partially remote at her desk in her bedroom. Arianna and I are great friends who like to watch shows and movies together during the week. We are super interested in meeting new people and making new friends. LGBTQ friendly as well!
