This is a two bedroom condo, at South Dayton Street, owned by the parents of the current other resident, Jacob. Jacob has two jobs including one early in the morning, followed by a second job in the afternoon. Expectations include an attention to cleanliness, respect for quiet time in the late afternoon and evening, and a
spiritual/Christian belief system as a request from the tenants parents. This is an equal shared living space (kitchen, living room, balcony). Each bedroom has their own full bathroom. The views are amazing, overlooking the Kennedy soccer complex and golf course, with Cherry Creek Reservoir hiding in the background. You are right next to Dayton Light Rail Station which is super convenient for anyone in school or without a car. This place was a steal at $ a month and that is all asking for as well, unfurnished. I will be offering a partially furnished rate, without the mattress or TV, as he will be bringing those with me, for $. This includes the bedframe, futon, nightstand and entertainment center.
