April 1st! Roommate wanted!

Good afternoon. I’m looking for a respectful and clean Roommate (male or female) to rent out my master bedroom with private bath in beautiful Encinitas. Quite community. Pretty much located in the middle of multiple shopping centers and grocery store you can think of. About miles away from Moonlight Beach. miles from the 5 freeway.

I am a bar manager, yrs old. My other roommate (male yrs old) is a carpenter. I have lived here the past 7 years and absolutely love the neighborhood. We both are extremely easy going. DRAMA FREE!!! I am a very clean person and like to keep the place that way. Must work outside of home. Dogs are okay but must be compatible with my roommate’s dog. I’m allergic to cats. So if you do have a cat, it must stay in the room. I could take a Claritin pill if needed. Not much of a party house, but you’re more than welcome to have friends over (just be respectful with neighbors and roommates). Free range of kitchen. Pool and jacuzzi across from building. Parking available on street or may obtain a parking pass which I will pay for. Utilities are roughly around per person. It is a lovely neighborhood. Must sign a year lease otherwise the month-to-month will be more due to management. There is a paper we can sign to take you off the lease if you decide to leave. Also, I’ve been wanting to redecorate. So I am definitely open minded. Can’t wait to meet you beautiful people!!!
