Looking for a roommate for a room with a private bathroom in Jersey City. New construction, th floor, amazing panoramic views! We have a living room, terrace, and lots of other great features. Super convenient location – just a 4-minute walk to the PATH train, and you'll be in NYC (WTC station) in 5 minutes!

Rent for the room is $ + utilities, so it's $ + utilities each when split.

Apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, and vacuum. Central AC & heating.
