There is plenty of parking in front of the home.

Price includes rent, electricity, water, gas, internet and some streaming services on the tv. We also have an older boxer/American bulldog whom is very friendly. Move-in date is negotiable anytime around March deposit plus background check. Sorry ABSOLUTELY no couples, pets, smokers or overnight guests. 1st month rent will be prorated based on move in date.
