In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric stove, garbage disposal. 2nd floor unit accessible by elevator or stairs

Community Perks: Secure, gated building with controlled entry. Included amenities: Swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, spa, tennis court, basketball court, clubhouse, and walking trails. Street parking (or secure parking available for an additional fee)

I’m a mid-fifty's, Black female, LGBT lifestyle, employed outside the home, and a social justice advocate. My home is a sanctuary where I enjoy movies, HGTV, medical and court dramas, and playing board/ games, my fur baby-kitty. I’m drug- and smoke-free, with a friendly, easygoing personality.
