NEED ROOM TO RENT IN SLO

Hello!
My name is Jaxson Holguin, I am an incoming second year Architecture student at Cuesta College. I am looking to move to SLO for the upcoming academic year . I am asthmatic so I am looking for a smoke free residence. I am fine with cats and dogs in the house/apt. I do not have pets myself.

I am not looking for a residence outside of San Luis Obispo sorry!

I am looking for an unfurnished room. My budget is $ a month. With a parking space in front of the house/apt. I am open to taking over leases for the summer as long as the rent won’t go up. Again my budget is $ a month and it’s the most I can afford.
