**URGENT SPRING SEMESTER SUBLET**

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my half of a double room in a bath apartment on Piedmont Ave(Piedmont Palace) while I go abroad for the spring. It's very close to campus, about a min walk, and next to several bus stops.

• $/month (can be negotiated) from January to May

• Female-identifying only

• Full kitchen

• Fully furnished (room has bed w/ mattress, desk, chair, closet, drawers under bed)

• Balcony attached to unit

• Shared laundry

• Water, trash included, Wifi + electricity not included

• Parking garage available

Note: My roommates have a cat, but she is super friendly and mostly sleeps :)
