Looking for room for rent

Hi!

I’m Connor Hughes, , and I’m looking for a room to rent in Mangawhai for ! I’ll be working at Tara Iti Golf Club and finishing the final semester of my psychology degree online.

I’d make a great tenant or roommate because I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I lead a busy and active lifestyle, balancing work, study, and hobbies like football, hiking, and golf. I also enjoy reading and listening to country and indie music in my downtime, so I’m not the type to cause any disturbances.

I’m friendly and easy-going, always happy to lend a hand or keep things harmonious in a shared space. Plus, I value good communication, which makes living together much easier for everyone.
